Under John's Leadership the $1.3 Billion I-15 Core project
was delivered ahead of schedule and
under budget by over $200 million

The I-15 Core Project was the fastest billion dollar road constructed in US history completed in just 35 months. I-15 Core included 24 miles of reconstructed freeway. It rebuilt or reconfigured 10 freeway interchanges and replaced 63 aging bridges including the Sam White Bridge,  which was the longest bridge move in the Western Hemisphere.
